GUARDSMARK, LLC REPORTS RECORD REVENUES FOR SECOND QUARTER AND FIRST SIX MONTHS OF FISCAL YEAR 2006 |

NEW YORK, March 24, 2006 - Guardsmark, LLC, one of the world’s largest security services firms, today announced record revenues for the second quarter and first six months of Fiscal Year 2006. These records are based entirely on organic growth.
Revenues for the quarter ended December 31, 2005 increased 16.7 percent, to $136,833,759, over the same quarter in 2004. Revenues for the six months ended December 31, 2005 increased 14.6 percent, to $269,489,363, over the same period in 2004. On a calendar year basis, revenues for the 12 months ended December 31, 2005 increased 10 percent to a record $510,838,237.
