Guardsmark also remains deeply committed to its roots within the Memphis community where the company was founded; with offices located in the heart of a rejuvenated downtown, we are deeply involved in all areas of civic life. The company was publicly owned (Nasdaq®) from 1970 until early 1979. Guardsmark has not utilized the capital markets since 1971.
