Guardsmark’s innovative management practices prove our investment in long-term client relationships.
Our managers maintain daily, informative contact with clients, overseeing operations and contributing knowledge from monthly management meetings at Headquarters.
Ninety-six percent of our managers hold college degrees, and many are graduates of leading universities such as Harvard, Wharton, Michigan, and UCLA.
Complementing this management acumen are former members of the FBI, the Secret Service, the DEA, state and local police forces and the military.
Your Guardsmark management team includes four levels of oversight:- Supervisors
- Relationship or Protection Services Manager
- Manager in Charge
- Regional Manager
These professionals work collaboratively with client security management to ensure day-to-day operational excellence in duties, procedures, and efficiency.
Upgrading to Guardsmark services is a smooth and efficient process; our aim is to cement a strong relationship between our two organizations from the very beginning.
Prior to every start-up, Guardsmark dedicates significant resources to transition planning. After understanding a client’s needs and expectations, our managers prepare a Mission Partnership Statement® document that details all security officers’ responsibilities. This tailored document becomes a living manual, undergoing constant reviews and updates, with a general revision as required every six months.
